  • We always use steering wheel covers, floor mats and seat covers.
  • We will always do a free multi-point maintenance inspection and explain the results of that inspection.
  • You will receive a written estimate for any needed services and only those services you authorize will be performed.
  • Your car will be serviced or supervised by Service Central Certified technicians.
  • You will be able to inspect any replaced parts.
  • We'll have your car ready when we promised it.
  • Your service will be done correctly the first time.
  • If you have to return for the same problem we will do whatever it takes to make it right.
  • You will receive timely reminders to have routine maintenance service performed at the Service Central Certified Service Center.

DNA KIT – SERVICE CENTRAL DIAGNOSTIC NEEDS ANALYSIS KIT

  • Allows our technicians to identify needed services and gives our customers clear, concise and scientific proof of their vehicle’s maintenance needs.
  • Used in conjunction with the manufacturer’s recommended service intervals, the DNA Kit is used as a tool to test all of the vehicle’s fluids. In addition, the kit is used to communicate findings of the state of the vehicle’s wiper blades, battery, belts, hoses, exterior lights and more.
